Clear, concise, and ohhhh so official
You may be surprised to find out that “heart-centered coach” was NOT on my list of dream careers as a kid.
A few years ago, I was working as a mental health therapist for some pretty incredible clients every week under an amazing boss. I totally loved my job…
But something was missing.
I was excited to go to work every day, but I felt drawn to the ambitious women that I would meet and the goals they had set for themselves. Women who wanted to create an impact, bring their ideas to life, and change the world in the process. And so I asked myself: how can I work with more women like that? So I decided to do something pretty darn radical. I became a coach.
I would wake up before the crack of dawn, roll into my parking spot at my therapy office with my big ‘ole pregnant belly, and hop on the phone for coaching calls before the sun was even up.
After a few months, my appointment scheduler was filled to the brim with clients from my therapy practice and my coaching business, and I was forced to make a choice — I couldn’t do both anymore.
So I took the risk and chose my own business.
And it all happened the moment I stopped looking for the PERFECT decision, and made peace with the BEST decision in the moment. That decision was to prioritize my dream of being home with my littles and making an impact with my flexible work schedule.
But when I prepared for my first maternity leave as an entrepreneur, I started to spin out of control.
I didn’t want to be one of those moms who never had time for her kids, when I had started this whole business with them at the center of my “why.”
And the more time went on, the more that things seemed to pile onto my plate. I kept thinking there was no way I could raise my prices or find aligned clients, that there was no way in hell I could fill up my 1:1 coaching practice, and especially a waitlist for my services...and what about the course I wanted to launch?!?!
I also couldn’t squash this guilt that I felt inside, every time I had to send someone an invoice to start working together. I even remember questioning if it was even ethical to charge someone money to help them (when I truly loved doing the work).
The more that time went on, the more I knew that I needed help from someone who would walk through this journey with me. That’s when I decided that I was finally ready to hire my first business coach, and I never looked back.
I mean…who else would answer my dozens of questions about if I needed a niche or if I was even allowed to call myself a coach? It’s not like my best friend could be on speed dial for me or even knew how the online business world worked.
I knew that what I really needed was support. And this time, I decided that my dreams and my business goals were worth investing in, even though it felt like the biggest leap of faith.
Working with a coach was permission-giving, put me on the path to build the business that I have today, and frankly it changed my life.
I’ve created a business that truly allows me to take care of my family, have a nice nest egg and financial stability, still make space for solo time at the beach here in San Diego, and take vacations with my girlfriends.
→ In 3 months, I fully booked my practice and kept on selling until I was sold out 6 months in advance with a waitlist.
→ I replaced my income from my day job as a therapist and multiplied it from there.
→ Since then, I’ve crossed the multiple six future revenue mark, have consistent five figure launches, and have created a community of 25K brilliant, driven heart-centered entrepreneurs.
And that’s at the heart of what I do now:
I help women (just like you!) make money with heart. I’m here to help you build a business that gives you true freedom, and makes you feel happy and celebrated in the challenges along the way.

Haley Hatcher is the Chief Operating Officer and has been with the Heart Centered Entrepreneur since 2019. Haley keeps the team and systems running smoothly and helps with client support too!
Haley is also the CEO of Heart Centered Podcasting. She believes that everyone has a story that is worthy of sharing, but knows that it's not always easy to get it out on the airwaves. Heart Centered Podcasting implements strategic launch support and weekly management to help their clients start and grow their podcasts with confidence and ease.
When she's not at her desk, you'll find her chasing her toddler outside, spending quality time with her husband, or in the gym!
ALI BROWN CRANMER, VA
Ali Brown Cranmer is our virtual assistant and has been with the Heart Centered Entrepreneur since 2022. Ali is the magic behind all things administrative, working away at those tedious tasks so Anna can bring her whole heart when coaching.
Not only does Ali have a knack for making her client's feel more at ease, but she is also an artist. When she isn't sitting in front of her laptop, you'll find her painting her next canvas, watercoloring with her daughter, or watching the newest crime documentary on Netflix.
